Roy DeHaven Realty, Inc, was founded in 1986 to serve
commercial and investment grade clients who were searching for
warehouse, industrial, retail, oceanfront, resort and retirement
property. We have sold historic homes in every coastal zip code.
Our agents use their expertise for residential and commercial real
estate customers and clients.
Our consulting division has represented small towns in SC and VA,
Evergreen Marine Lines, The Post & Courier, The Towns of James
Island, Hollywood & Summerton South Carolina, Mobile home
park sellers, Hardees, Pizza Hut, Inc., First Union National Bank.
The Farmers Home Administration, political candidates, nonprofit
organizations and charitable trusts.
*We do not belong to realtor organizations even though agents
have held FEMA certifications, American Planning certifications,
appraisal certifications, CCIM and other designations.
Members of the staff have held positions with Harleston Village
